Bias and Stereotypes as a Female Leader
Female leaders often face gender biases and stereotypes that impact their career advancement and opportunities. In our sessions, I support you in detecting and navigating these challenges, developing strategies to overcome biases, and finding ways to advocate for yourself in the workplace. This may involve addressing challenges related to unconscious bias, gender-based assumptions, and unequal opportunities.

I guide my coachees in identifying areas for improvement and strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness. This may involve improving communication skills, discussing and anticipating biases at work, in others, and your own unconscious biases, decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.
