The increase of women in (global) leadership roles and the development of leadership competences for a global position.
There is an international focus on traditional talent development areas such as communication, leadership development, negotiation, and giving feedback.
We are aiming for a successful transition into a new (global) management role.
We use various activities, models, and assessment instruments to assess and develop the leadership and intercultural communication competences of high potentials and international management.
