Authentic Leadership Program

One of the key projects I led through CC Transitions over the past four years was my role as Program Director for New Female Leaders, where I designed and delivered impactful leadership development programs.
One of our main programs is an Authentic Leadership program for female leaders, The Accelerator, reflects the core message of CC Transitions:

Creating space for authentic leadership and helping individuals and organizations unlock the full potential of diverse talent.

As Program Director of this six-month leadership journey, I guided courageous and curious female leaders to lead from within, not by adding skills, but by peeling back the layers and connecting to who they truly are.

Grounded in the 5C-model: Clarity, Connection, Community, Courage & Compassion, these women explored how to lead authentically in often masculine and monocultural workplaces.

The impact:

✨ Greater confidence to speak up and take the lead
✨ A strong, inspiring community of like-minded leaders
✨ Personal Golden Principles as a lasting leadership compass

And leadership doesn’t stop when the program ends. Through alumni gatherings, advanced programs, and peer support, they continue to strengthen each other, creating a ripple effect across their organizations and industries.
