COVID 19 has impacted the world of work, many people have lost their jobs or are working remotely and their work has become more digital. Besides the normal Career Development Coaching programs, we offer from August 2020 on, a free of charge Government-sponsored Career Development Consulting Program for High Skilled workers in the Netherlands whether they lost their job or are still employed and like to develop themself. The program includes a career or job market scan.
The aim of this program is to assess your current work situation, reflect on what has changed in the workplace, what is needed for the future to stay competitive and to advance your career, resulting in a Career Development Plan.
You qualify if you have a BSN number and/or health insurance and are living in the Netherlands.
