Last week, we celebrated the closing of another Ripple journey, a moment to reflect on months of learning, growth, and connection.
Together with New Female Leaders, I had the privilege of designing, facilitating, and coaching this programme for a remarkable group of female leaders and allies. Over the past months, participants came together to explore authentic leadership and how we can create more inclusive cultures where diverse talents and perspectives can thrive.
The Ripple is built on the belief that meaningful culture change is not about fixing individuals. It happens when people come together, learn from one another, and take shared responsibility for creating workplaces where everyone can grow, contribute, and belong.
What touched me most throughout this journey was the openness, courage, and commitment participants showed. In a dynamic, high-performing environment, they created space for honest conversations, embraced diverse perspectives, and translated insights into meaningful action.
