✨ Lost, but not defeated

In Tricky Times, Jitske Kramer describes the trickster – that seductive force that keeps us away from real transformation.

In organizations, I often see the trickster in the narrative of short-term growth and profit. Of course, profit and quick wins are important. Every organization needs them. But when this becomes the only story, it locks leaders into old patterns while the world outside is already changing.

For over 18 years, I have worked with people and organizations in transition.
I see organizations losing talent or struggling to attract talent. They do not fully use the potential of their female and international talent. And I see individuals who find it challenging to show courage, to stay authentic, and bring their true added value.

🌱 Real transition is not about letting go of profit. It is about adding a wider perspective, balancing today’s results with tomorrow’s values.

It takes courage to face the discomfort and to create space for new leadership and inclusive cultures where talent can truly thrive.
